The staff went above and beyond to make me feel like a cherished member of their own family. the air conditioning in my room provided a much-needed respite from the Cartagena heat, and the terrace offered a serene spot to enjoy my morning coffee. the luxurious garden furniture added a touch of elegance to the outdoor space, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. the free toiletries provided were of high quality, and the flat-screen TV allowed me to relax in comfort after a long day of dancing. Paraiso Plaza truly exceeded all my expectations and I cannot wait to return to this hidden gem in the heart of Cartagena.
